CONCORD CONDOR



Concord is a bashful, not-too-bright yet somehow lovable young
buzzard.  With a 'Mortimer Snerd' voice and gullible demeanor.
Slow on the uptake, Concord rarely does anything on his own
accord.  Most often, he needs prompting from another character
like Buster or Babs.

                  would be 'barrasing...
                       (bashful)
                  Aw, gee wiz... Yuk, Yuk.
                  You're just pullin' my tail
